About Us
In The Beginning….
Three Rivers Woodworking & Cabinetry was founded in 2015 by Conor Snyder, a self-taught woodworker with a passion for creating custom furniture. What started as a hobby soon grew into a business as Conor began crafting pieces for friends, family, and clients. His passion for woodworking, combined with years of refining his craft, laid the foundation for the company.
While working in the corporate world, Conor met David Lund. Their shared discontent with the corporate structure led to an exciting partnership, with David joining Conor in the garage after work to help complete projects. Over time, their dedication and skill allowed them to transform Three Rivers Woodworking & Cabinetry from a part-time endeavor into a full-time business in 2021.
The company was built on a commitment to quality craftsmanship and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Our motto, "Your Vision Built Right," reflects our philosophy and is something we live by every day. With the transition to full-time operations, we invested in state-of-the-art equipment and assembled a skilled team to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.
Whether creating one-of-a-kind custom pieces or offering high-quality semi-custom cabinetry, we are committed to ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish. We take immense pride in our work and always strive to provide top-tier products and service.

Conor Snyder
Founder/CEO
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, where I developed a love for sports, particularly swimming, and grew up cheering on the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. In 1999, I moved to Colorado Springs, where I embraced the outdoors, discovering a passion for motocross, hiking, camping, and horseback riding.
After high school, I joined the U.S. Navy, serving for six years and traveling the world. When my service concluded, I returned to Colorado Springs, where I met my wife. Together, we’ve built a life centered on family and outdoor adventures, raising our three daughters and enjoying activities like hiking and golfing.
I also found a passion for woodworking, which began as a hobby to create pieces for my home. Over time, it grew into a side business and eventually became my full-time career in 2021. Today, I take pride in crafting unique and quality woodworking projects while continuing to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors with my family.
David Lund
Owner/COO
David was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and raised in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. After earning a degree in Business and German from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, he embarked on a successful career in sales with Verizon. His role with the company led him to new opportunities in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado, where a chance meeting with his future business partner, Conor, would set the stage for an exciting new chapter.
Late nights spent collaborating on local projects in a garage revealed David’s shared passion for woodworking. Fueled by their combined vision, David and Conor transformed their hobby into Three Rivers Woodworking & Cabinetry during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, the business has grown into a thriving enterprise, delivering high-end custom cabinetry and furniture to clients all over the US.
David brings a wealth of skills and expertise to his role, including proficiency in CAD and CNC technologies, experience in project management, a strong Midwest work ethic, meticulous attention to detail & design, and a mastery of fine finishing techniques. As a leader, he is dedicated to inspiring his team of craftsmen and ensuring the highest quality standards in every project.
Beyond work, David cherishes time at home with his fiancée, Lynsey, their two dogs, Schatzi and Kobe, and their cat, Obi. On weekends, he can often be found exploring Bear Creek Park or cheering (and commiserating) with Minnesota’s professional sports teams. A lover of the outdoors, he enjoys skiing at Breck, Vail, and Monarch Mountain during the winter, and scuba diving with his father in the summer.
David’s journey reflects his commitment to turning vision into reality—both for himself and for his clients. As a driving force behind Three Rivers Woodworking & Cabinetry, he looks forward to continuing to bring unique and personalized designs to life for those he serves.
Bryan Schule
Project Manager
Hi, I’m Bryan. I was born and raised in Texas, where I played college football and developed a deep love for Tex-Mex food—two things I’ll always cherish. In 2016, my wife Madeline and I made the big move to Colorado to start fresh, seeking a new adventure and a change of pace.
It was here in the mountains that I discovered my true passion for finish carpentry and woodworking. There’s something incredibly satisfying about working with my hands, shaping wood, and creating pieces that not only serve a purpose but also enhance a space. From the moment I picked up a tool, I knew this was my calling. I thrive on the details—the small, often overlooked touches that make a project truly stand out.
Outside of woodworking, I’m a proud dad to two incredible kids. Being a fun and involved father is one of the greatest joys of my life. Whether we’re hiking in the Colorado mountains, building forts, or just goofing around at home, I try to make every moment with them memorable. I’m also an avid guitar player, and I love strumming a few tunes in my free time—music is another way I express creativity, just like with my work.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, but I also know life is about balance. Between family, music, and woodworking, I try to stay grounded, enjoy the journey, and embrace every opportunity for growth.
Shane Balentine
Craftsman
My name is Shane. I was born in Texas but spent most of my life in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I’ve grown to love the beauty and adventure this state offers. My journey into woodworking and cabinet making began five years ago in Princeton, Texas, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding path ever since.
I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and bringing ideas to life through craftsmanship. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills and developed a passion for creating high-quality pieces that not only meet but exceed my customers’ expectations. My ultimate goal is to provide the best cabinet and woodworking experience possible. Whether it’s a custom cabinet or a finely crafted piece of furniture, I’m committed to ensuring each project reflects care, precision, and attention to detail.
In addition to my work, I take pride in creating a happy and comfortable atmosphere in the workshop. I believe that a positive environment fuels creativity and inspires the best results for both the team and our customers.
Outside of work, I love exploring the stunning outdoors of Colorado. Hiking and adventuring around this beautiful state with my daughter are some of my favorite ways to spend my time. I also enjoy pen turning, a hobby that combines my love for woodworking with intricate artistry.
Life for me is about balance—crafting beautiful pieces for others while making lasting memories with those closest to me. I’m excited to continue building relationships, honing my craft, and bringing joy to the lives of my customers through woodworking.
Reed Rowan
Craftsman
My name is Reed, and I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs, surrounded by mountains and endless opportunities for adventure. Growing up, sports were always a huge part of my life. Whether it was on the field, court, or track, I found joy and discipline through athletics. My dedication and love for sports eventually earned me a college scholarship, which was both an honor and an unforgettable experience.
After graduating, I ventured into the world of construction. While the work was fulfilling in its own way, I recently found my true passion and a sense of belonging with Three Rivers Woodworking. Crafting wood into something both functional and beautiful feels like a perfect blend of art and skill, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see a project come to life.
In my personal life, I’m lucky to share my journey with my amazing girlfriend and our playful puppy. They bring so much happiness to my day-to-day life. When I’m not working or spending time with them, I enjoy staying active and exploring the outdoors. Snowboarding is one of my favorite ways to embrace the winter months, and lifting weights keeps me energized and focused year-round. Another hobby I’ve discovered recently is creating cutting boards—combining my woodworking skills with creativity to craft something useful and unique.
Life has been a journey of discovery, hard work, and joy, and I’m excited to see what the future holds. For now, I’m grateful for where I’ve come from, the people who inspire me, and the hobbies that bring me fulfillment.
